The Raja Yoga Program offers techniques for self-mastery in every aspect of life, based on the universal and non-sectarian teachings of Yoga, as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi). It encompasses all the different types of Yoga, including meditation, Yoga postures, devotional practices, and the philosophy behind these practices.
